Heat and stir until thickened and temperature measures 109°C on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and set aside.; Step 4 Pour contents of bowl into prepared pie crust. Place uncooked pie in oven, bake 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 148°C and bake 35 minutes.; Step 5 Remove pie from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
