• 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
• 1 and ½ tsp salt
• ¼ and ½ tsp ground pepper
• 1 onion
• 4 garlic cloves
• ½ pepper
• 1 spring onion
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• Oil for frying
