• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 5 tbsp. butter
• ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• ½ tsp. pepper
• ½ tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 cups beef broth (warmed up)
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 clove garlic minced
