• 1 cup Bread crumbs fresh whole-wheat

• 1/4 cup Parsley fresh, finely chopped

• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Fennel crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup Dry white wine
• 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup Onion chopped
• 1 cup Carrot chopped
• 1 cup Celery chopped
• 4 cups Cabbage chopped
• 8 cups Chicken broth low sodium
• 1 15oz-can White Beans
• 8 cups Kale coarsely chopped; alternate escarole
• 1/2 cup Romano cheese freshly grated
