- 1 tsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

- 750ml water
- 3 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 sheets Yutaka Nori
- Yutaka Soy Sauce, for serving
