Ingredients

• 1/2 c unsalted butter
• 1-1/2 c finely chopped onions
• 6 c cleaned and diced assorted fresh mushrooms
• 1 c all-purpose flour
• 2 qt whole milk
• 2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tbsp dried thyme leaves
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 12 Large eggs, beaten
• 18 lbs GROUND TURKEY
• 4 c OR 8 oz soft bread crumbs
• 3 c minced onions
• 2 c whole milk
• 1 c low-sodium soy sauce
• 3 tbsp garlic powder
