• 2 Persian cucumbers, (shaved into ribbons with a vegetable peeler)
• 1/4 small red onion, (thinly sliced)
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon chopped dill
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 pound ground American Lamb
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 3/4 cup crumbled feta
• 5 slider buns, split and toasted
