Chicken Curry recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 2 tajj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns 2 slit chillies
• Add in 1 kg washed and drained chicken pieces (I use fillets).
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Red chillies & garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Green chillies & garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• Allow to fry.
• Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes
• ¼ can tomato puree
• Add 1 cup water.
• Add in fried potatoes. Cook till a thick gravy is achieved.
