• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) instant coffee
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) Marsala wine
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
• Chocolate Sauce
• 4 oz (120 g) semi-sweet chocolate
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) corn syrup
• Sugar to taste
