Ingredients

• 1 store-bought or homemade pie crust
• 6 to 8 strips bacon, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 to 3 large leeks, washed and sliced
• 1/2 pound baby bella mushrooms, washed, stems removed and sliced
• 8 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Black Pepper
• 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
