• chopped potato 1 cup thinly chopped beets

• 2 T butter
• 1 ½ cups chopped onion

• 2 tsp salt
• 2 lbs russet potatoes, grated
• 1 onion
• 2 eggs
• 3 T flour (GF works great)
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• salt
• pepper
• 1 medium onion
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 4 medium sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp dried sage
