- 6 ounces butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 4 Eggs (separated)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups pineapple slices (diced)
- 1 cup brazil nuts (chopped)
- 1 lemon sponge cake ( I use a pre-packaged lemon box cake)
- 2 cups Whipped cream
