• ½ cup (125 mL) matchstick carrots
• ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) hot sauce of your choice, divided
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded rotisserie chicken*
• 1 cup (250 mL) black beans, drained and rinsed
