Ingredients

• 6 beef sausages ; cut in pieces
• 4 onions ; cut in pieces
• 6 carrots ; cut in chunks
• 6-8 potatoes ; cut in large chunks
• 2 sticks celery ; cut in pieces; use leaves
• 4 tbl gravy powder
• water ; boiling
• 2 tlb masterfoods steaksauce ; optional
• sour cream ; for serving
• 2 tbl olive oil
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
