• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 2 cups white all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup coconut cream (reserved from can)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• zest of 1 lime
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 3 cups confectioners sugar
• 2 cups shredded coconut
