Portuguese pork with clams | table&spoon

- 1 1/2 pounds fresh clams
- large bowl of salted cold water
- 1 handful cilantro/coriander
- 1 pound white potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
