- 90 g butter or marg
- 125 ml sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- +-1 & ½ cup flour ( I sometimes use 2 depending on the texture
- +-1 & ½ cup dessicated coconut (Can add less) to the egg mixture
- Sprinkle 100's & 1000's
