Ingredients

• ⅔ cup Duke's mayonnaise, chilled
• ⅓ cup buttermilk
• ¼ cup creme fraiche
• 2 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp Banyul's vinegar
• 1 tsp Steen's Cane Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Maytag blue cheese, fine crumbles pulse a couple times in a small processor
• 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
• 1 ½ tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
• 1 ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp dried chives
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp kosher salt
