- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced lime zest
- 1 teaspoon grated jalapeno, use fine grater (minus seeds and ribs)
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, pepper to taste
- 4 ears sweet corn
- Mix all ingredients together, brush on cooked corn from the BBQ and enjoy!
