Coconut Prawn Curry recipe by Taskeen Jamal Karim

Ingredients

• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 full tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 can of tomatos / 2 ripe tomatos (canned gives a richer flavour)
• 50g sachet tomato paste
• 1 can coconut cream
• 125ml cream
• 2 tablespoon double cream yoghurt
• ½ lemon, the juice of A pinch of sugar/coconut sugar 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon red chillie powder or to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves
