Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salsa - Simple Seasonal

Ingredients

• 3-4 chicken breasts
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/8 tsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 2 C fresh chopped strawberries
• 1/2 C chopped avocado
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
• 1/4 C chopped cilantro
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
• 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 2 tsp honey
