Ingredients

• 1 tbsp active dry yeast
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 cup warm water
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp coarse salt
• 1 tbsp La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil plus extra for brushing crust
• 4 medium Yukon gold potatoes
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• 1 bay leaf
• 4 slices of smoked bacon
• 2 onions
• 1 cup grated asiago cheese
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Chopped parsley and thyme for garnish
