Ingredients

• 2 cans of tuna, drained
• 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can of diced tomatoes
• 1 small eggplant, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon cumin
