• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/4 c flour
• 2 c turkey broth (the leftover in the slow cooker works great, in a pinch you can use Chicken Stock)
• Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to taste
• 12 slices Slow Cooker Crispy Turkey Breast
• 12 slices sandwich bread , toasted
• 1/2 c mayonnaise
• 8 slices lettuce
• 8 slices tomato
• 2 c stuffing
• 1 c cranberry sauce
