- 2/3 cup sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream (35%)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (cut in half or quartered)
- 2 tablespoons slivered pistachios
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
