Golden Greek Spinach Triangles

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 14 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
• 10 oz spinach, thawed and well-drained
