Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
• 1/2 large sweet onion, diced
• 1 large carrot, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 10 oz baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup orzo
• 1 can cannellini beans ( 15.5 oz ), drained and rinsed
• 1 bunch ( 1/2 lb ) fresh Swiss chard, chopped
• 8 cups Nature's Promise reduced-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
