A really easy, moist fruity apple cake. A perfect way to use up apples(cookers or eating apples) whichever you have in the garden or the fruit bowl.

- 200g sugar
- 2 tsp (heaped) cinnamon
- ½ cup/120ml Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
- 6 apples
- 275g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
