Ingredients: 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces; juice of two limes; 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 clove garlic, minced; salt & pepper, to taste; 10 oz red cabbage; 1/4 cup sour cream; juice of one lime; 1 small garlic clove, minced; 1/2-1 jalapeño, diced (use as much as desired for heat); 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped; 1 cup sour cream; 1 to 2 pieces of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (start with one, add another if you’d like it spicier); Corn Tortillas; Avocados; Cilantro; Lime Wedges; Queso Fresco Cheese
