• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and sliced
• ½ cup MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Butter
• 2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
• 4 teaspoons MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Cider Vinegar
• 8 large flour tortillas
• 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
• ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
