- 250ml oat whipping cream
- 200g coconut condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 170ml soya milk
- 50ml lemon juice
- 80g vegan plain yoghurt
- 120ml vegetable oil
- 230g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 350g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150g blueberries
- 1 tsp demerara sugar
