• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 2 tsp sugar
• olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• juice of 1 lime
• Sour cream
• Cilantro sprigs
• Sweet onion slices or pickled onions
• Chopped avocado
• Pico de Gallo
