Ingredients

• 4 thick slices of rye/sourdough bread
• 6-8 slices of roast beef
• 6 slices of Emmental cheese
• 6 tbsp sauerkraut
• 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2-3 gherkins finely sliced
• Russian dressing
• 1 shallot finely diced
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 3 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp tabasco sauce
