Peach Clafouti Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 T butter, softened
• 1/2 c sugar, divided
• 2 c peach slices
• 3 lg eggs
• 1 c heavy cream
• 6 T flour
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 t almond extract
• 1 t Lemon zest
• 1/4 t salt
• Confectioner's sugar
