• 5 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 3 tbsp dried basil
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• 1 ¼ cups Swiss cheese, (or more)
