• 2 tablespoon honey, warmed
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 2 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125ml) water
• 1 lemon
• Spicy fried potatoes
• 1 kilogram (2lb) baby new potatoes
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon harrisa paste
• 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 2 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
