Beef Stroganoff Recipe | Allegro Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Allegro Original Marinade
• 2 lbs of stew meat - diced into bit sized pieces
• Beef rub of choice
• 1-2T of olive oil
• 8 oz of sliced mushrooms
• 2T of chopped garlic
• 2T of dijon mustard
• 1 cup of white wine
• 2 cups of beef stock
• 1 lb of egg noodles
• 1 cup of sour cream
