Ingredients

• 3 zucchinis sliced finely
• 60g of cold pressed olive oil
• 2 greens of spring onion
• 30mls of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of lime peel grated
• 1/2 bunch of basil leaves
• 10mls of maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 cup walnuts to top
