Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• ½ tsp sugar
• 60ml lemon juice
• Small bunch of fresh oregano, leaves chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, cut into quarters
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1 tsp peppercorns
• 1 Tbsp sea salt
• Small bunch of fresh parsley, leaves chopped
• 1.25kg whole chicken
• 150g orzo
• 1 leek, chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 sticks celery, chopped
