Ingredients

• 1 tsp light mayonnaise
• 1 whole wheat hot dog bun, split
• 1 tsp Italian dressing
• 1 red lettuce leaf, washed, drained and patted dry
• 1 Slice Swiss cheese
• 1 oz sliced or shaved COOKED or ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
• 1 oz sliced or shaved TURKEY HAM
• 2 Small slices tomato, cut to fit the bun
