Oceans 97 Shrimp Paté Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups yellow cornmeal
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 Tbs. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 ¼ cups milk
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1, 5 oz. can Oceans 97 New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Paté
• 1 jalapeño pepper, minced (seed included)
• ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
• ¼ cup scallions, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (about ½ cup)
