Ingredients

• 1, chopped
• 2 C. mushrooms, sliced
• 1 C. red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 10-oz. packages frozen peas, cooked al dente, and drained
• 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or swiss cheese)
• 1 1/4 C. mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. honey
• 3/4 tsp. ground dry mustard
