Chipotle Peanut Pizza with Chicken | Vera Mexicana

Ingredients

• Store-bought pizza dough (or make your own)
• 1-2 chicken breasts or boneless, skinless chicken thighs (see author notes)
• 1 red onion
• 1 bundle fresh cilantro
• Shredded cheese (any kind)
• 4 Bacon slices (optional)
• 120 ml BBQ Sauce (any store bought will do – we used one with chipotle flavor)
• 2 tbsp Vera Mexicana Chipotle Peanut Macha
• 2 tbsp Vera Mexicana Oaxacan Chipotle Sauce
• 2 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 tsp Cumin
• Salt and Pepper
