• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2-3 cloves (finely minced)
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3-4 chicken breasts, more if using thin cut)
