Sri Lankan Devilled Chicken - Hungry Lankan

Ingredients

• 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
• 1.5 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tsp lemon/lime juice
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp oil
• 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1 inch ginger finely chopped
• 1 tsp chili paste
• 1.5 tsp chili flakes
• 1/4 cup ketchup / chili sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• salt
• 2 Banana peppers/ Hungarian wax peppers
• 1/2 red onion
• 1 tsp corn starch dissolve in 2 tbsp of water
