• 1 425gm tin of refried beans
• 1 300ml jar of salsa (heat to your liking)
• 1 Tbs taco seasoning
• 1 cup of avocado mashed
• 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 ts balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 small red onion
• 1 200gm tub of low fat natural yoghurt
• 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
• 2 roma tomatoes chopped
• 2 spring onions (green shallots) chopped
• 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
