• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 skor bits or 2-3 skor bars, coarsely chopped
• 3/4 cups walnuts, toasted and chopped
• 1 1/8 cups oatmeal (measure, then grind), ground in a blender or food processor
