Ingredients

• 20 Chicken wings
• 2 tbsp El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Sauce
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1 1/2 tbsp Dried thyme
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1 tbsp Allspice
• 1 tbsp Ground ginger
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Ground black pepper
• 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• Juice from 1 lime
