Bacon Wrapped Veal Meatloaf Burgers - Ontario Veal Appeal

Ingredients

• 1 ½ lbs ground veal
• ½ lb ground pork
• ½ cup finely diced onion
• 6 large cloves of garlic, minced
• ¾ cup breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 1 lg egg
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
• 1 tbsp potato starch or corn starch, heaped
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp granulated garlic
• 2 tsp Himalayan salt (or any salt you have on hand)
• 9 slices bacon, uncooked
