Mushroom Coffee Croutons - Australian Mushroom Growers

Ingredients

• 2 cups stale bread, preferably a rustic loaf, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
• 1 tbsp of mushroom essense (see recipe)
• 1 tbsp dehydrated mushroom powder (see recipe)
• Salt and pepper to taste
